Privacy Policy
This policy covers waterpolo-youtube (the "App"), a personal tool I, Cristiano Giovando, use to upload and manage videos on my own YouTube channel through the YouTube API Services, and this website, giovando.org. The App is used only by me and is not offered to anyone else.
What the App accesses
Through Google OAuth, the App accesses only my own YouTube channel's video, playlist, thumbnail and caption data. It uses that access to upload videos, set their titles, descriptions and privacy settings, add them to playlists, set thumbnails, upload captions, and check the status of my uploads.
What the App and this website collect
Nothing from visitors or other users. Neither the App nor this website has a server, database, cookies or analytics of its own. Videos on this site are embedded from youtube-nocookie.com.
Storage and sharing
OAuth tokens are stored only on my own computer. They are never shared or sold, and no data obtained through Google APIs is transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI or machine learning models.
YouTube API Services
The App uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Revoking access invalidates the stored tokens, and deleting them from my computer removes all data the App holds.
